Ashtanga Yoga with Abby
Experience the primary series with Abby and enjoy Shanticentre in the heat of the summer.
Abby will lead a dynamic ashtanga practice in the mornings and then some softer vinyasa flows in the afternoons. Vinyasa flow yoga uses music & links posture to posture with breath, to create dynamic or softer flowing sequences and is suitable for all levels. With two classes a day you will experience a more dynamic practice in the morning followed by a quieter, more contemplative flow in the afternoon/evening.
The combination of great yoga, delicious summer fruit and vegetables, luxurious massages and Italian Summer should leave you feeling strong and supple, as well as totally relaxed!
