Yoga Retreat with Nancy Stevenson

A combination of Hatha yoga, relaxation and fantastic food in the beautiful and restorative Shanti Centre in Italy. During the week I lead you on a yoga journey exploring a mixture of asana (movement), pranayama (breath work), meditation, and yoga nidra. I help you to build resilience and wellbeing through a holistic and balanced practice, encompassing mind, body and spirit. You are encouraged to develop and reflect upon your practice, exploring connections between body, breath and the world around us.

I have practiced yoga for 23 years have extensive and varied experiences of teaching yoga, gentle exercise and meditation (and of research into wellbeing). My classes are friendly and inclusive, providing a supportive space for people to flourish and create their own sustainable strategies for wellbeing.
